VestAsia Group is a real estate brokerage and consultancy company that provide optimised solutions for global companies ranging from tenant representation, investment transactions, to construction support, information technology and after-sale services.

With its headquarters in Singapore, we wish to establish a professional and modernised branding for their branch in Hong Kong.

Approachable, but Professional

Motivated by the real estate advisory’s dedication and passion towards placing their clients first and foremost, we carefully selected Imperial Blue enlaced with Timber Brown and Steel grey for their branding. The rich blue brings out their vision while the secondary colour palette brings the richness down to earth and solidifies the company’s professional side.

Completed with the use of the clean sans serif font, the branding we created is cohesive across online and offline collaterals, exhibiting VestAsia’ image as “Approachable, but Professional”.

Updated with a Modern Twist

In hopes of projecting a more professional image in the contemporary business landscape, the teams at VestAsia Singapore and Hong Kong sought out a revamp of their websites.

On top of an update, the teams also aimed to enhance the cohesiveness between the two locations. As a result, Point of AC reached out to both teams to develop a contemporary and functional design that would effectively interconnect the two offices, thereby realising VestAsia's vision of "approaching cross-continental clients with a unified front."

Hand in Hand

Point of AC works closely with VestAsia Hong Kong to assist clients with real estate consultancy needs. We accompany clients on their journey from finding their business’ true home to designing their perfect branding in hopes for them to maintain a consistent brand from start to finish.

Some clients we assisted include Project S, and Kajal Naina.

In December 2021, we created a bespoke corporate gift with VestAsia in December 2021 to express their brand in a new way. The result was a beautifully hand-crafted old-fashioned inspired by the warmth of fire pits.
