How We Helped
After obtaining a full understanding of their requirements, we conducted inspections with the Director of Hong Kong and initiated negotiations with the shortlisted options.
We successfully negotiated a significant rent concession of approximately 17% despite a rising market.
Hamilton Lane also appointed us as the fit-out project manager for their office.
We meticulously handled the contractor tender process, design steps, furniture selection, and provided routine on-site management.
