The Perfect Balance of Luxury and Harmony Between the Mountain and the Sea: Grandview Oceania

Grandview Oceania (嘉富海灣) is an exclusive luxury property located in Ting Kau. This locale is renowned for its breathtaking views of the beach and ocean, framed by majestic mountains.

Recognizing the picturesque nature of the area, the development transformed into 13 independent villas. Each villa is designed to honor its stunning setting.

The project presented a significant challenge. How do we translate such an unparalleled, scenic environment into a tangible brand experience online? Point of AC’s services encompassed the brand identity and launched the market strategy for Grandview Oceania. We guided the client to interpret this exceptional property with a visionary, multi-sensory approach.

Designing a Multi-Sensory Brand Vision

The property’s identity needed to evoke a complete sensory memory of the locale. With the theme “Sky, Sea, Shore,” our work began with a comprehensive branding initiative. We aimed to capture the property’s elegance and establish a foundation that could be maintained across all platforms.

To interpret this vast, natural canvas, Point of AC incorporated design elements that evoke a sense of quiet luxuriousness. We used soft, round shapes and sprinkled gold against calming blue tones. This created a visual identity that mirrors and honors the harmonious balance of the location.

The brand was translated into a bespoke website and subsequent marketing materials. By using videos and even music within the website, we reflected the unique atmosphere of Ting Kau. This formed an emotional blueprint of the entire project. We ensured that the brand foundation was consistently and cohesively applied across every asset.

Translating Elegance into Actionable Strategy

With the core identity defined, the next strategic step was to translate the essence of "Sky, Sea, Shore" into tactile and digital experiences. We wanted buyers to touch and interact with the brand.

To support the project launch, we developed a suite of high-impact marketing materials. This included premium, tactile marketing pamphlets that mirrored the experience and press conference materials. We aimed to ensure a clear and cohesive brand message was delivered during the launch event.

We also wanted to sustain interest among an exclusive audience. Thus, we positioned Grandview Oceania not just as a property, but as an aspirational lifestyle. By focusing on targeted platforms, we connected with potential buyers seeking lifestyle inspirations online. This successfully built brand awareness and desire.

This comprehensive strategy ensured that every touchpoint, from the color of the marketing materials to the promotional assets, actively contributed to the feeling of luxury and harmony that defined Grandview Oceania.

Creating Lasting Impressions

Our goal was to create lasting impressions. We wanted potential buyers to feel the essence of Grandview Oceania long after they left our touchpoints. This meant ensuring that every interaction was memorable.

We crafted narratives that resonated with our audience. By sharing stories about the locale, the design process, and the lifestyle, we connected emotionally. This emotional connection is crucial for any brand, especially in the luxury market.

The Power of Brandketing

We are always in search of stories with a bigger purpose. The unique approach of merging commercial and purpose for Grandview Oceania lies in a philosophy we call Brandketing. This philosophy emphasizes that branding should go beyond mere aesthetics. It should embody a mission that resonates with the audience.
