This fall, Point of AC has collaborated with residents of San Wai, a village in the Ha Tsuen area of Yuen Long, by using their homegrown longans to bring you a very special, heartwarming gift -- Dulce de Omeye.
This delicate homemade preserve, carefully crafted by our team, consists of plum, longan, and sweet osmanthus. The concentrated plum juice, brewed over several months, is blended with the juicy locally-grown longan harvested between June and September, making the preserve sweet, tangy, and appetising. The scent of the osmanthus reminds us of the arrival of autumn as well. This soothingly sweet yet light preserve makes the perfect to-go drink to pair with mooncakes with family and friends.
